Due to the current health situation, we apply special cancellation conditions:

In case you move or cancel the booked stay directly on our website due to Covid-19, it will be possible to do so without penalty within 5 days before arrival both with “Web Rate” reservation and with “Non-Refundable Web Rate”.                                                         

The deposit retained at the time of booking can be used for an upcoming stay within 18 months of issue or returned.                                                           

In the event of other illnesses or accidents, please note the following  normal cancellation conditions:

Non-Refundable Web Rate: No refund;

 

Web-Refundable Rate:

 

up to 5 days before the arrival date: no penalty;

 

from 5 days until the day of the date of arrival or late arrival or early departure will be charged 100% of the total amount from which the deposit will be deducted. 

In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total booked stay will be charged.
